A new production of Verdi's Il Trovatore will be shown over eight nights between July 7 and July 22. In addition, a free introduction to Il Trovatore and to Verdi will take place at 18:00 before each show.

The performances will take place in the Roman amphitheatre, and may therefore be interrupted or cancelled by bad weather.
