Tuesday was a bad day for autoroute accidents
GL and sources - A pick-up slammed into the rear of a car on the A13 autoroute near St. Gallen Tuesday, killing the driver of the car, aged 58, and critically injuring his two children, ages 8 and 9. The victim's wife is also hospitalized. Eight cars were involved in the crash.
Several accidents occurred during the day on the autoroutes in Valais, Vaud and Geneva. Near Bernex on the A1 in Geneva the driver of a car miraculously escaped injury when a semi-trailer truck crumpled his car. (continue reading)→
