February 23, 2007 - 10:21 Montreux, VD, Switzerland :: posted by Ellen Wallace

TSR, Fre - The Montreux Jazz Festival version 2008 will have 80 instead of 120 concerts in 16 days, all in the same location. Montreux Jazz Festival tightens its belt

The group, under the name Swiss Riviera Events, is actively prospecting to bring in new international business. (continue reading)

August 16, 2006 - 12:09 Montreux, VD, Switzerland :: posted by Ellen Wallace

WRG-FM - Despite the radio station headline, no plans were afoot to knock down Montreux, but WRG does have it right that Franz Weber, noted environmentalist, has gathered enough signatures to stop the town of Montreux from selling a home, bequeathed to it in 1988, to a developer who planned to knock it down and build five new residential buildings.
